"Encuentros" is a Franco-Argentine play of theatre, music and dance, written by Jean Boissinot and Laurianne Gebel de Gebhardt, with an original music by Gustavo Beytelmann.

This play directed by Jean Boissinot, deals with journeys and the encounters that occur along the way : the journeys that change life and those friendships that mark our memories.
 

"Encounters" is that story of friendship between four characters who will meet and separate changed forever.

   

To show the complexity of these relationships, we have decided to use artistic techniques as different as they are complementary, such as instrumental music for french horn and bandoneon, dance and marionette, but above all a theatrical play without any words, based only on corporal and musical expression.

It was premiered on 25 October 2018 at the Municipal Theater of Bahía Blanca (Argentina).

It received support from the National Arts Fund, the Municipal Arts Fund and won the 2nd Award and Best Actress Award for Mailen Madsen at the Regional Independent Theatre Festival.
